Can't hear ppl speak in RO

Hi,
Last night I could hear people fine in RO now I can't.
Nothings changed.
I've tried changing audo from 3d, to hardware 3d and so on with no fix.
Voice chat volume is up high, with effects as well. I also have the game dampen the other sound while they speak. I've tried turning effects off to hear, still no fix.
They sound a lot worse than they do in TS. And other people in the same server are not having problems I am having.

Any idea on how to fix this?
