Looking for joining/building a teamwork squad

Hello everyone, since this is my first post at these forums I´d like to greet the comunity.

For some reason I didn´t discover this game until some weeks ago, and love almost every part of it. But as I pop into the action in some of the public servers I notice that there´s a small lack of teamwork.

I´m very interested in any existing squads (recruiting) that base their gameplay on group coordination because it would top all what I expect from this game. Also, I´m open to the idea of building a team from scratch. In any of the options, three key elements would have to be present:

-Teamwork (to coordinate in action)
-Tactics (prepare diferent ways of operating inside the action)
-Training (develop and practice those tactics to deploy them efficiently)
