See through forests cheat?

Have you ever seen someone see through forests? I was russian (green) and behind a forest and the guy hit me once. I move and he hit me again! I was not behind 2,3 trees, not in the edge of the forest, but completely behind it. Do you think its a cheat? Is it possible to remove forests or their foliage or change enemy tank colour?

Perhaps they had a teammate guiding his shots in on you? Is it possible you were taking friendly fire? Quite a few observations left out here.

Most of the time when this happens you actually got shot from a completely different angle then you were expecting. I highly doubt there are any cheats to see through forests and I'm almost 100% certain nobody has hacked a way to change the colour of the tank skins. Don't forget that even the enemy can get lucky sometimes.

We were alone in that section of the map, and of course he could get lucky, but I was moving (t34 is not slow). I have been playing since UT mod and this was the first time I saw something like it.
