This is what appears whenever I use the scope no matter whether or not I'm using D3D or D3D9. I am also NOT using OpenGL so no worries there.
![]() The textured scope works fine obviously, it's just getting the 3D one to work is the problem. Allow me to post my system spec below. 2 GeForce 6600GT OC's in SLI 2GB of RAM 2GHz AMD64 Processor Using the latest NVIDIA drivers v93.71 and DirectX 9.0c Windows XP Pro SP2, etc. Edit: It turns out that this is being caused because of my habitual alt+tabbing out of the game.

I had this on my old system , check that the usestencil option in the ini file is set to false..find it in here

Thanks. I managed to remedy it by backing up and deleting my RO.ini so I am not sure if my old one had UseStencil set to true. Either way, what an annoying little problem and thanks for your suggestion!
