Game stuttering

After the last steam update, whenever I run Red orchestra or the RO SDK. It runs fine for about 2 seconds, the it skips a second, runs fine 2 seconds, then skips a second, on and on for as long as I play the game, which makes it imposible to play. Any idea why this is?

Defragment the ro game files using steam. After that, watch steam in your processes in the background and see if it is eating up your resources. If so contact steam/valve support.
