Default Artillery and TK's

READ FOR COMPREHENSION!

How about artillery TK's not counting against the Commander if the artillery strike was already in progress and some idiot is just running into the strike zone over and over.

If someone calls artillery on soldiers that are already in the zone that is easy to detect, anyone that runs in the zone after the rounds start hitting the ground is just stupid and shouldn't make the commander get kicked for another players stupidity.

I think it would be nice to see the artillery position that the commander has marked on his whole teams objective map too
