Default Obsolete textures package

When the update comes out , I would appreciate it very much if any textures which get kinda left by the wayside in the latest cleanout are somehow preserved so that we, as level designers, dont get 'peppermint aero' forests and walls in our custom maps again.

We didn't mean to loose the textures we did when we upgraded Arad. That was our fault. It should not happen again unless a mapper makes the same mistake on packaging the map (which they should not)
