well CCC 11.8 and 11.9 made a small but noticable difference for me when I just upgraded them. 11.8 yestrday and 11.9 today gave me +5-10...even +15 fps in some cases and in some cases though not always loaded me among the first people in the next map.

I too have a feeling new drivers will show support for RO2 which is a good thing.

I get a lot more FPS with my AMD 1090T system and Intel i5-2500k, both have the 560Ti. Both 8 megs, Windows 7, and with cheap motherboards.

What CPU's do you have?

Edit: and how much memory + which Windows?

Hm and for me it seems to be the opposite way. Having started with 60-80 fps, I am now getting 40-60 fps with breakdowns to 15 fps. Station seems to cause most problems as it sometimes goes down to 15-20 fps and stays there for 2 minutes or more...
