And what will this new found information allow you to do? micro-analyze and question TWI for every change that they made to the structure of the game? or to satisfy some incurable curiosity that in a practical makes no difference?

I don't know...I'm kinda looking at you guys as those foot fetish people who like to dress up in leather and suck on each others toes...it's kinda weiiiird! just saying! I don't get why this is important at all for any rational reason other than some weird habit! ;)
