[Error] Unlocking random achievements

Anybody notice this? Since the 12/09 patch I have been unlocking achievements on Steam I shouldn't. I found it pretty funny that I killed one guy with a Mosin Nagant and suddenly I see on the corner of the screen that I had unlocked 2 MG achievements.

I know what you mean. My first kill since the patch launched with the Mosin Nagant unlocked me 4 achievements.

Either achievements are not mapped correctly (they are associated with the wrong achievement) or the game is giving you credit for what you've already done in the past? Headache for whoever scripted them, gotta go back and check....
