[Error] What is this on my screen and why won't it get away

Hey there,

please see attached screenshot:

- What do the Red Crosshair and (FT1) (FT2) (FT3) mean in the first place?

- Why do they appear randomly? (did nothing out of the ordinary myself and cannot reproduce, think its Squad Leader related though)

- Why do they not disappear again? (pressed every button to no avail)

- Why do they stay even after disconnecting and joining a new server?
