My Specs: (all new)

evga gtx 560 ti 2 GB

amd phenom ii x6 3.3 ghz (turbo to 3.7 ghz)

8gb ddr3 ram

GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

now, I don't have much problems like others have posted...but I do have some.

I average 50-60 fps on all high settings (default)...with FOV to 90, and all that good stuff.

BUT, idk why it happens with certain servers, but it seems like it...the first server I joined I got a steady 45-60 FPS with a full player server (64 players)...on Fallen Fighters map...so I was fist pumping in my room.

but, after I left that server to do something...I tried to re join but it was full, so I joined a different one, that was also full (64 players)...and I was getting crappy FPS, 20-35 when looking into the battle field (same map)...it had the same things going on, on the other server aswell (smoke, explosions, gun fire, etc)...so I didn't understand why I was getting worse FPS in that server compared to the other one...(Pretty sure the server shouldn't do anything to your FPS, just your PING)...

other than that, and the casual BETA stuttering you get with every game...I'm ultimatly pleased with the game! and will most likely faint when the actual game is release, and it's polished and everything is in place.

My FPS is quite good.

Everything maxxed @ 1920x1200 and i get about 30fps at the lowest and its usually 60fps+

Only thing that kills FPS is the sniper scope and smoke, the rest is good.

Specs:

i7 920 @ 2.8ghz+
Asus Rampage Extreme 3 (latest bios)
12gb DDR3
GTX 460 1GB OC w/ 275.33 WHQL Nvidia
Auzentech Forte soundcard

I'll start by listing the primary stuff in my rig:

Phenom II X4 965 BE 3.4GHz
MSI 790FX-GD70
4GB Mushkin DDR3 RAM
Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 1GB
Plenty of HDD space.
Windows 7 x64 SP1
1920x1080 native resolution.

In Apartments with no players on lowest settings: 30-50 FPS average.

Commonly, I have AMD Control Center, BitDefender Internet Security, Steam, Xonar DX Audio Center, and the Razer DeathAdder Configurator running. In the background there's PunkBuster and the usual/expected stuff. I'm generally pretty paranoid about what's running on my computer so I keep it very clean.

So I bought the game and installed the beta. Started up, cranked up the settings, and jumped into combat. Performance was terrible. Around 10-20 FPS. I figured I'll just turn down the settings. After gradually turning down settings, I still couldn't get much better performance. I ended up on the absolute lowest settings (with vertical sync and everything unchecked) and getting 30-50 FPS in a completely empty server and 15 FPS in a server with other players. I can run mostly any other game on highest settings with no issues but this is just unplayable. At lowest settings, the game looks like Half-Life 1 and runs like a maxed-out Metro 2033. My friend has a Macbook with a mobile i7 and Mobility 6750 and gets significantly better performance than I do. Hopefully the devs can work this out by the time the game is released so I can even play.

Other notes: Happens online, game won't let me play single player. I'm certain I have no unnecessary apps open in the background. I get horrible performance regardless of map. The more players are in the server, the worse.

Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.4ghz (stock clocks)
EVGA Nvidia GTX 570 1280 MB RAM
4 Gigs RAM

All drivers and windows updates are up to date.

Average frames on Apartments with nobody else: 50 FPS
(I can't stress enough how far this is from the norm. With any amount of players I'm averaging 25 FPS, which dips even lower during heavy action)

In game settings

Resolution 1440x900
FOV: 90
Vsync disabled
Use Hardware Physics disabled

All Graphics sliders set to ultra, shadows set to high
Bloom enabled
Motion blur disabled
Light shafts enabled
Ambient Occlusion disabled
Framerate smoothing disabled
One frame thread lag enabled

Active processes running during gaming: EVGA Precision (framerate/memory/gpu load monitoring), steam and avast! anti-virus.

Image of task manager attached with the background processes that are running during a typical gaming session.

AMD Phenon II X6 1100T
SAPHIRE AMD 6970
Windows 7 64 Ultimate Service Pack 1
4 GB Mushkin DDR2
Mushkin 120 GB SSD

Total Available Graphics Memory 3839
Dedicated Video Memory 2048
Shared System Memory 1791

1920 x 1440 resolution 75 Hertz
All settings ultra or maxed out except use hardware physics and one frame lag are unchecked.

It seems capped off at 25 fps with Fraps. According to GPU Shark v.0.5.1
Max GPU usage was only 80% and two of my CPU cores were around 60/80% and the rest show minimal usage.

I'm posting because even though my framerates are quite playable most of the time, I find their behaviour very odd so I just want to provide some data and examples on that.

Specs and settings etc:

Windows OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Exact Processor Model: Intel Core Duo 6700 2.7GHz
Exact Video Card Model: ATI 5870 1GB (Overdrive disabled, not overclocked), running 875MHz when in-game
Amount of Ram: 8GB

Graphics settings:
Everything on ultra except
Shadow quality: Medium
Foliage quality: Medium

Only check boxes enabled:
Ambient Occlusion
Hardware Physics
Light Shafts

Propgrams Running:
Opera, Avast (RO excluded from scans), Comodo (RO excluded), ATI Catalyst (for gpu load), Steam

FPS + stat unit(s):
Apartments no other players:
Average (floating around outside): 40FPS

Stationary:
Outdoors in front of Propaganda House:
FPS: 50
GPU load: 60%

Frame 20.46 ms
Game: 7.75 ms
Draw: 14.36 ms
GPU: 18.01 ms

Indoors (small room in PH):
FPS: 76.84
GPU load: 75%

Frame: 13.16 ms
Game: 5.69 ms
Draw 10.13 ms
GPU: 12.90 ms

Fallen Fighters:
Average (moving around): 30FPS

Indoors at Axis spawn:
FPS: 80.41
GPU load: 71%

Frame: 12.44 ms
Game: 2.98 ms
Draw: 9.14 ms
GPU: 12.34 ms

Outdoors middleish:
FPS: 28.49
GPU load: 41%

Frame: 35.28 ms
Game: 9.37 ms
Draw: 27.24 ms
CPU: 35.03 ms

Attached is my dxdiag file.

Summary:

FPS seem very much to correlate with my GPU load. When FPS are high, my GPU load is higher, are they lower, so is my GPU load. Which is of course odd, since I imagine my GPU should ideally be 100% all the time. I dare not speculate what the reasons for this are since I'm really not qualified.

Lowering my graphics settings increases my FPS a little, but max about 10-20.

@Dionyss: A lot of people I've encountered are having issues with their GPU being under utilized, some worse than others. I myself noticed that the load won't go past 85% under any circumstance, whilst the temps and such are normal. But I've seen cases where people with bad performence are reporting loads no higher than 35%

AMD 955 overclocked to 3.8ghz
Sli 460s overclocked to 850/1600/4200
4gigs of ddr3 ram
FPS is all over the place, any where from 15 to 80
gpus only run @ 25% to 50% hovering at 35% most of the time
Poor overall sli performance (not working) and low fps on a single/muty card when ever smoke is on the battlfield
EDIT: added dxdiag
