Worst thing about it is that TWI knows that so many of us believe that it's actually 23th of August. Why can't just tell us:
'Guys it's not coming out on 23th'
or
'Guys it's coming on 23th'
even 'The plan is to launch it on 23th' would do. That way even if it doesn't come out. People won't shot themselves in the face like some of them did when RO 2 was delayed.
Simple as that.

Maybe if we truely believe we live in Stalingrad in 1942 and click our snow boots 3 times saying "I want to go home" we might be transported to Stalingrad or better yet RO2 beta might come out
