Please help figure out the microphone settings.

I use Platronics headset which I got for use with Skype. It works fine in Skype. I can hear through it fine in RO but cannot get my team to hear me. I tried pressing and holding the channel buttons, no luck.

The manual refers to a guide to VOIP setup: could anyone tell me where to find it please. If such does not exist, please help me figure out how to make my mike work. Thank you very much.
