Default Textures, highest vs high?

Today i was messing with the textures settings and i wasnt able to see any real changes between high and highest so i was wondering is there any real advantage to using highest?

For the character texture, I just see a minor sharpness increase. As for the overall texture thing, I honestly dont see much of a difference, so I split the difference and run at Very High

Higher resolution and no anti aliasing will help you see small/distant things, and bloom can occasionally obscure view. Textures don't really seem to affect game play much, though, just aesthetics, so if you can't notice the difference and your computer doesn't run KF quite perfectly on highest, you may as well tone it down to very high.
