Squad command menu stuck on screen as commander on Fallen Fighters

Reproducibility: sometimes able to reproduce

Summary: Squad command menu options for the commander stayed on screen until map change.

Description: Was German commander on fallen fighters, went to use radio and called in recon and arty. closed that menu and walked a short distance away and used squad menu,"B", to order squads to attack. While in that process walk back into radius of radio before completed giving orders. Afterwards
the command screen dimmed slightly but did not disappear.

Tried this on Apartments, as German, and was able to reproduce, but only at the time that my server list was vacant and the player count was 1234567 or -1. I tried to get a screenshot but it came out black. I went back in game and saw full server list and was unable to reproduce.
