AI Spinning around and not getting out of the rooms.

I have a small problem, Everytime the AI Spawns, they are just spinning around like crazy. I Went to third person and i could see i was doing the same thing when i was moving. But in First person, everything seemed fine. Then they do not get out of the rooms. e.g Dog Green.

Help?
