Got the same problem mate! Keeps crashing, and bought from steam. tried everything on this forum possible and still nothing!

People keep telling me to delete the mydocuments/mygames/ro2/ folder but still not working.

Try this, make an update of your installed system (Acronis or else). And install your operationsystem new. If that not helped you can switch to the old system

Really ****ing sick of this, had the same problem when RO2 was unplayable in beta.

I ALWAYS have to restart the pc to fix this. Task manager doesn't do **** to get rid of ro2. This game can't even crash right. Just as I started my campaign on hero mode too.

Bought the game on Steam yesterday, i have had crashes on Railyard, Redoctober factory, and Pavlov's house. which is most of the maps i have been able to play so i can't vouch for some of the others. The crashes happen, in Multiplayer, and in Singleplayer.


Also, it won't let me upload my dump files.

Bought the game on steam, it down loaded both a beta and non-beta version of the game. Both crash after the splash screens upon reaching the main menu. Not a good introduction to your game!!!

No response at splash screen, I have verified game cache through Steam, reinstalled 3 times, and deleted and replaced quite a few files. was goind to post dmp files but they are blank. How can I give them to you if there is nothing on them?

It started to crash after the last update (27th july I guess). When I start the game there the picture shows up then "ro2 stopped working".Also I want to add that the update was around 5 gigs so not sure that it is right or not. Anyway here's my logs.
