Anyone ever find fix for third-person bug?

It seems to be even more common now then ever before. Does anyone know how to fix respawning stuck in third-person?
I know that admins can fix it for themselves.

Also, is there a setting that prevents this from ever happening on your server?

Happens rarely. Only way out of this is killing yourself.. usually by granades, and camera back to 1st Person View. "Suicide" might not work on every servers, or its just me. Also theres console command for changing view,
but its locked for admins or you have to enablecheats for it.
"BehindView 0 for 1st BehindView 1 for 3rd" This console command should be available for everyone.. But somehow it is as "cheats" (Probably disabled because spectators/dead people could watch players from 1st view)

Actually it was locked so people couldn't look around the corner in third person without being seen. For Killing Floor, you could look around a corner not worrying about a Siren or Husk damaging you cause they haven't seen you yet. You have to show yourself and look around the corner this way.
