Default Crash on level start up.

The game starts fine but as soon as I go to load a map it freezes and after 3 minutes or so crashes and gives me this error report
Build UT2004_Build_[2004-11-11_10.48]

OS: Windows NT 6.0 (Build: 6002)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 1995 MHz with 2046MB RAM
Video: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 (567)
