[Question] Server requirements?

I searched the forum, but i didnt find the dedicated server requirements for 16 - 24 slot server.

Currently i'm running a little server with these spec:

Asus m4a88t-m
Sempron 140@x2 440 unlocked,underclocked custom c&q (0.8ghz@0.7v....2,7ghz@1.075v) and passive cooling
Samsung 2,5" 320gb
PicoPSU 80w + APC Smart 1400 ups
Hynix 8Gb ddr3 1333
120/10 mbit internet connection, cisco gigabit cable modem
Win7 64bit prof. , Teamspeak, Sql, and webserver but light usage

It runs well with 8 player and 18 bots, i think it can handle more (or i hope so) because the ping is good and the cpu usage is 20-40% at 800mhz.

I know this is not made for game server but what is the maximum slot capacity for this pc can handle?
