Server Crashing every 24 hrs

What's going on with servers going down once every 24 hrs or so? Our admin gets up in the middle of the night and looks at it, finds it on FF station and has to reset. We have bots, so he has to add them back in. Our players like the bots and without them the server would be dead. This has been happening ever since the GOTY update.

I can't speak for the crashes (that shouldn't be happening), but have him edit the command line (or the bat file) to include the map he wants to start on and the number of bots he wants. Then all he has to do is restart the server and the correct map is there and the number of bots he wants is there too.

Floyd, thanks for the link, it will be a huge help...

would you mind giving me the basic directions to set my default map from FF Station to any TT map..

also to add the the bots..I add them with the web admin in the URL..but when server crashes it resets to 0 bots...

Using the following batch script as an example will result in a 32 player server starting on te-apartments with 10 bots:


start .\Binaries\win32\rogame te-Apartments?minplayers=10?maxplayers=32? -seekfreeloadingserver
