Default Personal opinion force people to use teamwork by removing teamwork helpers.

Although this depends from person to person. Personally I think competitive play is more fun when you actually need to play as a team to win.

Currently you can just press your overhead map to see if the enemy is capping somewhere, and by knowing your team numbers you know exactly how many people are in that cap zone.

It is in my opinion more fun if information about for instance what the enemy is doing, is actually passed through within the actual team using voice communication.

Information about what on the battlefield is happening is often a key to success, by removing a lot of automated information this will require people to work as a team and share that info.
