bigger waves?

is there any whey to get bigger waves other than using fakeplayers?
i want it so there really big waves but 6 people can still join the server.

Enabling sandbox mode would make it possible for you to change the amount of specimen that appear every wave. However it would disable perk progression aka. no levelling up perks.

You could install the KFAdminPlus mutator and use that to spawn as many ZEDs as you like. That would also disable perk progression.

Try a harder difficulty for more zeds. Alternately, I'm pretty sure there is a mutator floating around the coding part of the forums but I can't find it.
