Default Increased Stamina Pool - Classic Only Round 2

We are once again bringing back the poll on stamina in classic mode. Do you think that the stamina pool needs to be larger in classic?

Yes, it should be increased. But not the running speed just the stamina bar/pool.

A slight increase wouldn't hurt.

Stamina pool needs an increase and honestly a small bit of speed as well for the player would be golden.

I don't think it should increase, you can already run fast even out of stamina, which is more than you had in RO1.

Why not do a test? Take a reasonably fit person, put a little weight on them, a gun in their hands, find out how far they can sprint, and how fast.

I betcha most people will only be able to hack about 75 yards and it will be somewhere in the 20 second range.

There is probably also endless studies and tables on the subject on the net too.

It shouldn't be what people want, it should be what it is.

The stamina system in RO1 was so annoying and unrealistic. I'm really liking the direction Classic mode has taken in regards to it and even think increasing the pool a little more would be nice.

Yes, a tiny bit more stamina would be good.
The running is speed is fine as it is.

Dude, but as of now the character in Classic is not sprinting as his fastest (talking about when the the stamina bar is still full), he's in between jogging and sprinting.
You either wanna make it quicker at the beginning (when it's still full) while it increasingly slows down till he's out of breath, or keep the same speed of now but make it last longer and make the speed decrease more slowly.

Think about it this way: if you don't sprint at your maximum speed, you'll last longer than if you do.

There is really an need for making the attackers have more of a chance when attacking on the current stock maps.
Spawns are fine tuned and good for normal sprinting and stamina values, but with slower sprint and less stamina it becomes too harsh even for roost vets.
Attackers rarely win at all when there is balanced teams.

So I agree that there is a need for more stamina. But not only that, the spawn points may need to be modified for classic mode.
But I guess we can see the effects of the stamina increase first, before considering that big work.

So, yes please add more stamina!

Keep up the good work.

I often find that the distances between cover to cover are often slightly longer than the amount of stamina you have.
So a bit of extra stamina that gives you the ability to get towards the next cover point safely would be appreciated.

Grain Elevator for Germans is the best example of that and worst offender. Spawn killing galore or just soon after spawning while trying to run for capzone A or B.

Imo, sprint speed should be increased by 10% along with this needed stamina buff that is proposed here.

My 2 cents worth.

I must admit that certain maps like grain, sparta, redoct etc do allow spawn raping on a far too frequent scale at present.
I would think it could be a reasonaly easy fix by simply allowing the teams more varied spawn locations by perhaps opening up the maps a bit more?

Instead of simply one or two spawn locations that get zeroed in pretty quickly perhaps 3 or 4 maybe better.
This will give a defending team a lot more to contend with instead of having to worry about 1 or 2 spawns.

First spawn locations are usually the worst at the start of a map they tend to offer very little real cover or if they do then often an entire team are bogged down at those locations unable to get out because the defenders have surrounded that particular location.
