There is a option to set the lifetime of shells and weapons? like the one for the ragdoll in ROGame.ini .

Weapons have a gameplay effect: they can be picked up. As such, the duration is hardcoded. (60 seconds, if I remember right)
Spent casings are handled in native code, so there's no easy way for us to tell which variable affects them, or if any do. |

And for shells? they don' t change gameplay. I would like to see many shells on the battlefield .
