Default Shells and weapon life time

There is a option to set the lifetime of shells and weapons? like the one for the ragdoll in ROGame.ini .

Weapons have a gameplay effect: they can be picked up. As such, the duration is hardcoded. (60 seconds, if I remember right)

Spent casings are handled in native code, so there's no easy way for us to tell which variable affects them, or if any do.

ability to keep them alive for longer (countdown, I'm looking at you) would be very useful

Very easily done as a mutator, if you're so inclined.
