Demo recorded a server using mutators

To replay a demo recorded on a server that was using mutators, you need to save these mutators in your client CookedPC folder. It makes things very hard to manage when new versions of the mutators are released... and that makes the demo file dependent on the mutators.

IMO the demo files should "embed" the mutators, otherwise it's gonna be hard to replay a demo recorded 1 month ago if you don't remember the versions of the mutators you were using, or if these files go unavailable...
