[GENERAL] Ready up with the enter key when spawning

This has been uttered many times before, but I would really like a streamlining of the respawn UI. Specifically make the page down and enter key change your spawn queue staus to ready.

It's really frustrating to miss the spawn because you didn't reach the ready tab down in the corner of the screen in time.

An option to automatically spawn each time the timer reaches zero would also be nice.

This, plus m make keys 1-4 acct as hooters to select which spawn you come from (our even better, make the Squad Leader choose the spawn for the whole squad).
