Hello.

I know that 99.099% of the community don' t care and/or cut off the music.

But except some discussions there was about Taiko Drums and main menu music/promo music; so my question is will RS feature it's own original music (like ROHOS)?

Hey, I play the music in both ROHOS and Ostfront! Some of the tracks in both are exceptional.

To be honest, though, I don't really think the whole "correlate the music to the battle" thing works out that well. Since maps tend to play out a similar way, it's generally the same music that gets played. There are some great themes, like the music for the "Never Surrender" Trailer, that only rarely get played.

And then the "Objective Captured" and "Objective Lost" themes just break up the flow of music... ugh.

I play it as well, I do turn down the volume a bit so I can hear my environment better but it's awesome music. One can only imagine how cool some taiko drums are going to be

We have our own composer, Ben Hollway. He was responsible for the music in our trailers and will also be doing the music for the game.

i dislike music in multiplayer games. MP games consist of playing the same map over and over again. No matter how good the music is, after hearing it loop through the 15th time in a row, it begins to get very annoying.

Music should be left for ques like what we have when you capture a point( even though the actual song that plays is pretty lame).

Personally i thought World at War had a good music selection, but it played at a very low volume and just enough to set the mood. Conversely, RO2 has this incessant orchestral music blaring at full blast that loops every 20seconds; that was the first thing i disabled.

Me i like at a reasonable level. Especially that i don't play the same game during long hours. But i just wanted to have a answer from the devs, there are already some "i hate in games musics" thread on the ROHOES forums.

It is kinda annoying that you cant turn the music completly of ingame. I would like to turn the point captures / lost theme off but you cant.

It's interesting how many of the words (Bugle for example) are written in Katakana and derived from American English. The war totally changed the way Japanese is spoken and written. I wonder if a modern Japanese person even knows the old word for Bugle, or just knows Byugaru. (The Japanese subtitles say Byugaru, but in the song they say some other word for it)

It's also sad how many people write "Bomb America!!" on YouTube comments. My damn government is gonna get me killed
