[Error] Server Browser not working

I get no servers in the ingame browser since last patch. It worked before (although often very slow) but now I get no servers at all.

I know this is an old problem, so there ought to be a soloution. I don't have the router mentioned in the sticky post and it worked OK before so that should not be the problem..

the same thing... tried to reinstall but it did not help. Is there a solution?
