I am having problems with the Anti Blocker mutator, can anyone help me?

I also have a problem I put the MutKFAntiBlocker in the system folder but it doesn't do anything.

Be specific.
Did you even check if it was on mutators list?

add it to your server's startup command line eg:
ucc-bin server KF-Doom2-Final-V7.rom?game=KFmod.KFGameType?VACSecured=true?MaxPl ayers=6?Mutator=ServerPerksV4.ServerPerksMut,MutKF AntiBlocker.MutKFAntiBlocker,ZEDSoldiersB.ZEDMut,M utSlotMachine.MutSlotMachine,KFNadeWarn.MutNadeWar n,KFCustomShopMutV2.KFCustomShopMutB,UZeds.UZeds,I JCWeaponPack-BetaV53.MutKFWeaponPack,XBanMut_v02b.XBanMut_v02b, KFBruteMut.KFBruteMut,MutAddShivers.MutAddShivers log=server3.log -nohomedir ini=killingfloor3.ini
(this is from a linux startup command, windows will use "ucc server")
