Default Ground and Environment Flashing/See Through

On random maps (no real pattern), the ground and environment buildings will flash and disappear like crazy. like having a seizure on the screen and i have no idea why this is happening. any insight would be much appreciated

Same problem happened to me 5 minutes ago.

- Windows 7 64 bit
- 8 GB RAM
- ATI 6850
- 2500k non oc'd

Not temperature, CPU was around 50, GPU 60.

When ever this problem occurs, type Umbra Culling into the console and it should fix it.
