Hi.
As Ro2 is in beta at this moment, I noticed our stats is not moved yet to beta version, but when the beta is full-version, will our stats be transformed? I dont feel like playing from 10 to 80 ranks, and level my weapons again. thanks for the answer and hopefully you understood. |

Beta and Stable are two completely different entities. Stats from one will not transfer to the other.

I mean will the stats be transferred after the Beta is finished, so I don't need to level up again..

So your stats from vanilla RO2 are what you'll continue playing with once the patch goes live. |

Most likely because people spent much time leveling and now they'll have to do the same. Remember that after RO2 release people had to do it twice - on the release and after wiping out stats because they worked incorrectly. I too see little point in NOT transferring stats, even if I probably won't play with unlocks. I am not sure what reason is behind this, since it will only make life worse for some people.

Your stats in the Vanilla game are what they are, you'll stay on whatever level you are in there, even after the updates. The stats for the Beta are separate. So unless you spent a vastly large amount of time in the beta compared to the vanilla game, why would it matter?

Wait. Maybe I can't read after all... Basically stats will remain unchanged and vanilla stats will be default ones, yes? If yes then I see no problem. Simply misunderstood the entire affair.

Any stats gained/ earned playing the beta will not transfer to the main/vailla game. This should not really bother anyone (or maybe only a few people) for the following reasons: 1. beta was released to test it, not for xter advancement 2. i get the impression that most people asking for beta were in it for classic mode, and these same people generally correlated with those who didn't care for stats anyways. |

OK.
I don't care about stats anyway. |

Well, I wouldn't care about stats but the gun recoil and other are ridiculous bull**** when you're level 0 on weapons.
IMO leveling is screwing all cool games, that's why I don't play BF3 or CoD. |

I agree, I almost didn't purchase RO 2 for that reason alone (bugs didn't bother my decision). As far as I'm concerned, Beta testing shouldn't have any stats. Beta is just that, game needs testing, find the problems. I know I know, stats are now part of the game.

RO2 is an excellent game, I'd say it's the best WW II game, and it's only for true FPS players. Of course you can't compare BF3 / CoD with RO2.
I haven't actually met many total-jerk-noobs in RO2, since noobs can't play it. |
