[Fix] Leveling progress

Hi following problem,

I leveled the class of the teamleader (Truppführer) to the rank of a veteran.
At this point my rank did not improve further, even the progress was shown in the reviews after the matches and even my XP points are correctly listed.
Because of this problem I don't have acces to the Feindklasseausrüstung (I got the german version, don't know how to spell it in english).
