Default "ROPlayer has left channel..."

When someone leave game (by disconnect or being kicked) there are many messages like

ROPlayer has left channel 'Team'
ROPlayer has left channel 'Local'
ROPlayer has left channel 'Public'
ROPlayer has left channel 'Player'
...
ROPlayer has left channel '[Some_tag]Some_name'
...

Its very distract and useless information, please remove these messges.

Thumb's up on this idea.

These extra messages really do take up unecessary space sometimes, and I would be helpful to remove these, as no one REALLY needs to know if a player is leaving the channels when he's allready leaving the server.

There is also the issue when a player enters or exits a channel, that it lists him connecting to every player on his team in a long list.

When a player leaves, we dont need any other messages besides "XXX player has left the server/game."

And when a player changes channels we dont need to know every single person he can now talk to, just that "XXX player has entered/exited the global/team/local channel."

I agree completely. It is "useless information". What annoys me most is when someone types something into the chat just before those messages appear, and then their message disappears instantly before you can read it, and you have to open the console to read the message.

+1. Shouldn't be that hard to fix, right?

it can be done server side, but most people are too lazy to deal with it. I say it can go the way of the Do-do

Yes, its completely unecessary and conveys no relevant information what-so-ever.

Okay, so how do we do this? Is there nothing I can do client side?

I agree. An anniversary patch would be nice. Also fix the achievements!
