Uh oh, like TWI, they "want to cater to all kinds of players".

I predict a dissapointed fanbase (inculding myself) and the mainstream still not taking notice, and the end of a once great franchise.

I for one don't really care for a hardcore mode, if the levels are too linear, and from what we've seen so far, there's nothing indicating huge open environments.

It is confirmed that the game will have a purist mode no hud no crosshair no special abilities i will probably play it like that
