Spawning on Squad Leader suggestion

Anyone else feel as though the game could be improved if you were not limited to spawning on your SL only. If there was an option to spawn on SL 1 SL 2 or SL 3. This would make squad leaders a far more tactical class and really push an incentive to take out enemy officers.
What say ye?
