[Question] Bug or glitch?

Twice now when I've played the buttons take me out of the game like this:-

Tab - brings up some scrolling windows tiles, one being my home screen, one the game (usually blank) and one what ever other app I have open.

E - brings up two "my computer" pages

D - takes me back to my home screen.

Forward back and left work as they should and I can get back into the game. However I have to restart my pc to fix it.

Any ideas or is this a known glitch?

Those are the effect of pressing windows key + e or d shortcuts. Seems like somehow your windows key is being pressed.

Ah ok, thanks for that. It's an old keyboard, maybe it's time to get a new one.

you can disable the windows key. i used to have the same problem in a different game. i kept hitting the windows key on accident and getting bumped out of the game. now that i think about it, it was ro-ost.
