Default Unreal Techonlogy website
I just visited their site, and what did I see! Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 is not listed as a released game with the unreal engine! (the games listed are either using 2, 2X, or 3)

I'm so sad! It must be listed there

Given that they have "Tribes" down as an "announced" title, I'd say it is just a little out of date
