Desert? Desert maps are so flat and dry and empty.

Now dessert maps... that's where the money's at!

Grunt: "Officer, we're taking Reeses mortar bombs on the left flank! The peanut butter has jammed our weapons!!!"
Officer: ---Pauses--- "That's it. Screw the Geneva convention." ---Turns to his radio op--- "I'm calling in the Cold Stone device."
Grunts (collectively): ---gasp!---

The mod had a fun little map called relicsredux. Was a battle thru a desert town, to capture a pyramid and tomb (Indiana Jones for the win). Not so heavy on the realism, but a really fun to play map. One can only hope it finds it way to RO:O.
