If the Mass Effect games and RO2 are using the same engine, Is it possible to use ME1/2/3 models, textures etc.. with the SDK?
I've seen videos where they were using ME2 files with the UDK, but I don't know how to import extracted ME2 files into SDK, it seems like it doesn't recognize them. Sry If my english is bad, I'm french :/ Last edited by Olivier89; 03-18-2012 at 03:57 PM. |

To play with mass effect characters. RO2 gameplay with science fiction would go well together, and i'm sure a non commercial mod would bring a lot of fans to try RO2

Umodel is a program that allows the user to extract models & animations from Unreal Engine games. Their compatibility list shows that Mass Effect series is supported so you could extract Mass Effect assets and import them into UDK/SDK.

I'm pretty sure that the EULA in either game forbids you from doing this.
