[Error] Spawn Window closing

My spawn window closes randomly when I open it, seemingly on all maps. The delay was everywhere from 0.1 seconds to 3. I have no idea what causes it.

It happens to me all time when i open the spawn window manually during respawn time. You have to be very quick when you want to choose a new spawn point.

Exactly. Anyone know what causes this or how to fix it? My idea is that it closes when someone else on your team dies, but no idea.
