Default Wierd Damage Screen
When I get hit by anything instead of the normal screen I get things like gloves and pictures and stuff. They are all bloody but its just gloves...this did just start to happen.But I am confused.

Some kind of texture scramble issue, maybe the sign that your GPU is slowly dying
