Default Internet is Weird

every time I run the game and join a server my internet shuts off, and when I quit the game my internet comes back on 2 minutes later >.>

Suggestions:

1. Clear your internet cache.

2. Reset your router/modem.

3. Delete all your porn.

I think that currently, Red Orchestra 2 does at some point requests a HUGE amount of information, thus causing your router to be overflooded and lock itself in order to be in a working state again.
I would have to guess that this mostly has to do with a bug in the server browser, though I have no confirmation of that.

Some routers have a rule that will shut off the internet connection for a period of time if you receive packets on a certain port.

Possible, but how come it only happens to RO2 and not to any other game. Though I must honestly admit, that since the last few patches this hasn't been an issue for me.

It`s not only your internet connection but also your game browser.
You have to wait some minutes till it is okay again.

happens to me too every server i join

lets me join a team then suddenly everyone is just running straight ahead lagged out

have to go into console and type 'reconnect'

then its fine.... but still v annoying after the 30th time
