After all the updates and fixes there was never a point where I was completely unable to play the game, but I guess to all good things come an end. After 3 restarts the game seems to crash every time when I enter a server. So could you guys from Tripwire give me a call or e-mail whenever you're completely finished working your *** off to make this game playable again. I don't like to fire up a game ending up bursting into tears to see what has changed for the worse.

man, does it just freeze after its "connected" the server? I get that loads, go into console and try typing reconnect. if it doesnt do anything then you have to relaunch the game ;/

Also, you should post what's happening to your game on the support section with more detail. |

Try right-clicking the game in your Steam list, clicking properties, then local files, and then verify game cache if you haven't already.

I must say that i have since this week radomly freezes.
I solve it by ctr. alt. delete and when windows comes up cancel. This helps me for 95%. But it are mostly on moments that you want to rush for capping. And when it happens you can forget quick capping. Wow i alreaydy wrote 808 messages.

Almost everyone I know in our group actually playing RO2 is running it at or near cinematic performance. I personally have solved the sound issue on my system, and helped others in the group do the same. I KNOW that with the proper hardware, and broadband pipe, this game can be run with stellar performance. OK. Now. What does that suggest to us?
If you are still suffering, it is almost certainly a lack of something in either your hardware, or your broadband, or both. And if you are one of those unfortunate people still trying to run a 2011 product on a 32bit dual core or a 32 bit O/S with what would have been a mid-range GPU two years ago... Guess what? YOU are going to be in tears on the floor chewing the carpet by next year. E.O.M. Last edited by G_Sajer; 10-14-2011 at 04:05 PM. |
