Default would that make sense if sway/accuracy was affected by your stamina?

Yes it makes sense, just like it did in RO:Ost (although you couldn't sprint long enough or fast enough)
When you are out of breath it is hard to keep you gun steady.
I would like to see the same effect for holding your breath, although not as long or as severe.

I don't like this idea, it'll make campers even more powerful than they already are. It's unrealistic the way stamina works now, but it offsets the fact that you can't move at any speed in-between walking and sprinting.

If we could move at a decent pace while keeping our weapon ready to shoot like you can in real life, then I would agree because we'd be able to assault properly. But otherwise, no.
