Default Double-tap lean key to roll while prone.

I guess its thanks to Arma that keep getting the urge to roll while I'm prone. I'd love it. It's very useful.

That would be a nifty feature that could be useful in some situations. Personally I'm not a huge fan of the 'lean left/right' feature as it feels like I'm shifting over a good 2-3 feet instead of just a little to the left or right. The roll while prone feature would be nice when you want to roll out with a low silhouette profile and pop off a few bursts from an SMG.

This would be great and would solve an issue I have noticed. On some maps being prone causes collisions with the environment and so, when you try to strafe-crawl it does not work and it also makes it so leaning makes your lean about one fourth of the regular distance. +1 and bump for great idea!

I was actually thinking of how to make a roll. Double tapping would be great!

I re-enacted germans and russians with full kits. Rolling in all that gear would hurt like hell.

This.
Maybe the russians could do it, but germans? Nope.

I think a roll is somewhat unrealistic. How about tap it twice and hold for sustained crab crawling?

full support ahead captain!
i also want it to be like arma's in that its not a canned animation, but that you can hold it to constantly roll. that might be a bit too much though.
