looking for european, serious and nice clan

Hi, im Rundstedt from spain and im 18 years old, i play RO since mod version 2.0, and im getting quite bored playing alone or with just 1 or 2 friends all the time. I have too much experience in clan playing in other games but this would be my first clan in RO.
Im looking for an european clan (from many diferent countries not just one, specially germany to practice my bad german but with english as official languaje) serious, playing matches with tactics and with nice people (not kids l0l h34ds00t!!!!11º)
