Respawning but still stuck in spectator view

Summary: I was respawning after I got killed and it never changed the camera to the first person view. I realized I was stuck in the static spectator camera overlooking the second Russian spawn in Apartments when I noticed a guy firing when I clicked. It only got corrected when I was killed and reopened the menu to select my spawn and I chose to respawn on my squad leader. I have a few screenshots attached of what happened.
