Commands for team-spectating when dead?

Which commands should I change to enable team-spectating?
Spectatingmode? bAllowViewpointSpectating?

One more question.
How can I prevent the screen from being blacked out after death in CD mode? Watching black screen for 2-3 minutes till the round is over is not fun.
